THE SHORT ANSWER
Refrigerated truck door seals are large-section gaskets clamped in a retainer channel around the door. The common construction is soft EPDM sealing lips co-extruded on a rigid PVC base, which holds the cold in and stays flexible at low temperatures. We list 16 standard sections in three families (twin-lip U-base, multi-fin wide base and J / hook type); measure the base width and overall height of your old seal and we match the section, then quote by section and length.

01How do I identify my truck door seal?
Measure the base (outer / inner width of the part that sits in the retainer) and the height (overall / to the side lip) of the old seal, and send a photo of its cross-section. Compare with the 16 sections on this page.
02What is the difference between a 3-sided and a 4-sided gasket?
On double rear doors the left door usually carries a 3-sided gasket (top, bottom and hinge side) and the right door a 4-sided gasket, so the two doors seal against each other in the middle.
03Can you make corners and frames?
Yes. We can supply coils, cut lengths or finished frames with corners made to your door size.
04How is the price calculated?
Truck seals are quoted by section and length because section weight varies a lot between sizes. Send the section and the door sizes for a quotation.
