THE SHORT ANSWER
A garage door seal closes the gap between the door and the floor against rain, dust, leaves and pests. There are three common types: a bottom seal that slides into the retainer on the door's bottom edge (T-, bead- or bulb-end, sized to the retainer slot), a threshold glued to the floor, and a sweep or brush fixed to the door face. Roll-up and rolling shutter doors use a flat or bulb bottom seal in their bottom bar. We supply them in PVC or EPDM from 10 m, in rolls or cut to your door width.

01How do I know which garage door bottom seal fits?
Pull out the old seal and look at its end: the top edge (T, bead or bulb) must match the retainer slot in the door's bottom bar. Measure the slot width and send a photo of the seal end with your door width.
02Bottom seal or threshold?
A bottom seal moves with the door and is the first choice. A floor threshold adds a raised barrier for water and uneven floors; many buyers use both.
03Do you sell roll-up door bottom seals?
Yes – flat and bulb bottom seals for roll-up and rolling shutter doors, in PVC or EPDM.
04Do you have a rodent-proof garage door seal?
Yes – an anti-rodent option with a steel mesh inside the bottom seal is available. Tell us the retainer type and door width.
05What is the minimum order?
