THE SHORT ANSWER
Custom seals start from your section, not from a catalogue. Send a drawing or a clear photo of the cut end with key dimensions, the application and the quantity; we check our partner factory's existing dies for a match and, if none fits, develop a new one. For most custom profiles made from your drawing or dimensions, tooling and samples are free and you only pay the courier; very complex parts may carry a sample fee on the first order, refunded on your repeat order. Samples take 7–10 days and production about 20 days per 40GP container.
