What happens after you send it
- We check whether an existing die matches your section.
- If not, we discuss a new die with our partner factory.
- We confirm material, price and sample time.
- Samples in 7–10 days; you check fit.
- Production takes about 20 days per 40GP container.
Tooling and sample costs
For most custom profiles made from your drawing or dimensions, tooling and samples are free – you only pay the courier. Very complex parts may carry a sample fee on the first order, refunded on your repeat order.
