THE SHORT ANSWER
Truck and container door seals come in 16 standard sections in three families: twin-lip U-base (6 sizes), multi-fin wide base (6) and J / hook type (4). Each is EPDM sealing lips on a PVC base. Measure the base outer and inner width and the overall and side height of your old seal and match the closest section.

01How do I measure my old truck door seal?
Cut a short piece and measure the base: outer width and the inner width of the slot. Then measure the overall height and the side height. Send the four numbers with a photo of the cut end.
02What are the seals made of?
EPDM sealing lips co-extruded on a PVC base – the soft lips seal, the firmer base holds the seal in the door profile.
03Can you supply corners and frames?
Yes. Straight lengths, cut lengths, and frames with corners are made to order on the 16 standard sections or a new section.
04What is the minimum order?
No minimum – orders from 10 m. Sampling 7–10 days.
