The solar panel gap seal strip is one of our solar panel gap seal items: EPDM T-shape · 5 standard sections for 10–28 mm gaps. Solar panel gap seals are T-shape EPDM strips pressed into the gap between photovoltaic modules, or between a module and its frame, to keep rain, dust and leaves out while the panels move with heat. We supply it from 10 m, in your size, colour and packing, or match it to your own section.

01What do you need for a quotation?
A drawing or clear cross-section photo with key dimensions, the application, material or performance requirement (temperature, outdoor use, food contact, hardness), estimated quantity and packing needs.
02Is there a tooling fee?
For most custom profiles made from your drawing or dimensions, tooling and samples are free – you only pay the courier. Very complex parts may carry a sample fee on the first order, refunded on your repeat order.
03How do you check quality before shipping?
Every order gets a dimension check against your drawing, a hardness test, a visual inspection of surface and colour, and photos at container loading. Details and photos are on our quality & partner factory page.
